Whole-body wellness to help you feel peace, tranquility and relaxation. Hot tea, essential oils, restorative yoga poses, and reiki energy work all wrapped into 90 minutes of blissful relaxation
No yoga experience is required, all postures will be held for longer periods of time to help your body de-stress and soften.The use of Young Living essential oils is therapeutic and allows for deeper relaxation. Reiki will be given to each participant once you are fully settled in each pose. The Himalayan salt in the cave, will also help to soothe inflammation and help with relaxation and general well being, it is also a great amplifier for the positive vibes Reiki creates
Reiki is a Japanese hands-on healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation.
A Reiki treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
Please wear comfortable athletic or leisure wear with layers, cozy socks and a sweater/sweatshirt. No yoga mat needed

Raessa is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and holds certificates in varies fitness and yoga styles. She graduated from her 200 hour YTT at Asheville Yoga Center and is currently working toward her 500 hour RYT certificate. Raessa is also a second degree reiki practitioner

Elena will lead you through a deep meditative practice using the power of conscious circular breathing. This breath allows stagnant energies and long held emotional patterns to rise and we invite it to be washed away through the breath. As we continue to breathe, awareness and insights flow in, opening our hearts into a deeper level of understanding of ourselves and our nature. More profound level of self-acceptance and self-love is accessed, our lights shining brighter each time we come home to the truth that's in our hearts.

This series is going to be cleansing and powerful with a focus on breath, lung and heart opening plus disease resistance. Combined with the purifying and opening qualities of the salt, it promises to be an amazing experience.

Join Colleen Farese and Prana Salt Cave for a night of learning and relaxation.
Everyone will get to relax peacefully while each person gets a mini reiki session. Dry salt therapy also including to help with boosting the immune system and creating a calm atmosphere.

Navigating Your Inner Seas 12/12 @10am
This healing retreat will begin with a meditation to enable you to dive into your own inner seas and discover own ocean of Self. This meditation will help you to connect within your physical body, and connect to your own inner voice.
During the salt cave healing, frequency healing music will allow your cells to align and eliminate static distractions from your energy body.
Cory will provide each person with a Craniosacral adjustment while receiving the benefits of the salt cave. A healing tea will then be served with a journal prompt for those wishing to continue their voyages of the inner seas and your inner voice
This retreat will help you rejuvenate during seasonal, emotional and life transitions
